About the Program

Our Senior Golf Program is designed to help older adults stay active, improve mobility, and enjoy social interaction through golf.

Each session combines beginner-friendly instruction with light physical activity and group interaction in a welcoming environment.

No prior experience is required. Equipment is available on-site.

1 / Program Schedule 
  • Sessions run every two weeks from April to September.

  • The program is organized into 3 cycles:

    • Cycle 1: April – May

    • Cycle 2: June – July

    • Cycle 3: August – September

2 / Who Can Join
  • Participant's age needs to be 55+.

  • This program is open to seniors of all skill levels.

2 / What you need to know
  • Golf clubs are provided.

  • Comfortable sportswear and running shoes are recommended.

  • No prior golf experience is required.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early before session starts.
     

  • Limited Spots! First come first serve!
